Hi, I’m Kristine Olson. I’m a movement specialist who uses Pilates to help you feel stronger and move with ease. Whether you’re parent trying to keep up with your kids, a senior who wants to improve your balance or a person who is nagged by injury, my approach is accessible for all ages and abilities. I am here to help you restore your strength, function, and confidence. I’m excited to meet you and get started!

Private Lessons

A 55 minute solo session where the Pilates Method will be catered to your specific needs.  Whether you are recovering from an injury or gearing up for your next physical feat, Kristine will meet you at your current point on your journey.

Group Classes

Pilates group classes develop control of your body while increasing muscular power & endurance without body fatigue. Classes incorporate Pilates equipment and a variety of props to enhance your execution of the classical Pilates repertoire.
